Muscle Ache Relief is based on a Chinese herbal formula called Chai Ge Jie Ji Tang, used for treating pain and aches in the muscular layers of the body.Traditional Understanding
Chai Ge Jie Ji Tang is a traditional formula, which can Relieve exterior cold, clear internal heat, dispel pathogenic factors from superficial muscles, and relieve pain.
These conditions often present with a common cold due to wind-cold with internal heat, fever, anhidrosis, slight aversion to cold, headache, muscle pain, whole body achiness, thirst, nosebleeds, dry noses, dry eyes, pain around the eyes, influenza, common cold, the initial stages of febrile diseases, early stage of measles.
Combinations
- For numbness and pain in the extremities as well as limited mobility and difficult movement of the joints, arthritis, intervertebral disc disease (IVDD) combine with Open the Vessels

Directions for use
- Take 3 spoons (9 grams) once daily in wet food.
